Our polyester range covers tablecloths, napkins and chair covers. Browse the polyester colour chart and write to us if you need a precise shade.

We offer heat-transfer vinyl and dye-sublimation printing. Heat transfer is quick, cost-effective for short runs and well suited to reasonably sized logos. It can generally be completed within 24–48 hours on products held in stock.

Dye sublimation prints directly into the fabric before the item is made. It can cover up to 100% of the surface, works well for large runs and withstands repeated washing. Allow approximately two weeks. Colours and positioning may vary slightly once stretch fabric is fitted — textiles occasionally have a personality of their own.

Choose the product, options and quantity, then select “Customise”. In the editor, upload a logo or PDF, EPS or AI file, choose the colour and position the artwork on each required side. We recommend using a computer for the most comfortable experience. Once you are happy with the preview, simply add the item to your basket.

Fabric printing is not quite as precise as printing on paper: an exact Pantone match cannot always be guaranteed, and stretch or seams may shift design elements very slightly.

Unused goods may be returned within two months. Products delivered incorrectly or with a manufacturing defect will be exchanged at our expense.

For customised products, the approved artwork proof is the reference for conformity. A personalised or made-to-measure item that matches the approved order is not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal.

Items held in stock can be dispatched within 24–48 hours. Most combinations of sizes and colours are made to order, however: allow approximately three weeks, or up to five weeks during the high season from May to September.

Free shipping applies from €200 excluding VAT, except for furniture. If you have a firm deadline or an urgent request, write to us before ordering so we can check the actual stock and production options — miracles are considerably easier to arrange when we have some warning.

You can pay by bank card, PayPal, bank transfer or Chorus Pro for French public-sector organisations. We do not accept cheques. Any required payment details are provided securely at the appropriate stage of the order or quotation.

Payment on delivery may be available to established customers. Please contact us in writing to discuss this option.

Yes. The website calculates delivery directly for continental Europe. For destinations outside continental Europe, including the French overseas territories, the exact price depends on the weight and volume of the parcels.

A shipping deposit may be collected when the order is placed. Once the parcels are prepared, we compare the available options — Colissimo, DHL, FedEx or sea freight where appropriate — and deduct the deposit from the final amount. We look for the most suitable transport solution and do not add a margin to the freight charge. Write to us with the destination, quantities and required date.
