Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times
Orders for products held in stock are generally processed within 24–48 hours after payment is received. Products requiring manufacture or personalisation generally take between one and five weeks.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer express delivery, generally within 24–48 working hours after dispatch, through DHL, Chronopost or another express carrier.

3. Destinations
We deliver throughout mainland France, the European Union and worldwide. Shipping rates and available carriers vary by destination.

4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the weight of the order and its destination. They are calculated and displayed when the order is placed.

5. Tracking
Where we dispatch the parcel ourselves, a tracking number is provided and becomes available in your customer account.

6. Failed Delivery
If delivery is impossible because of an incorrect address, prolonged absence or a similar issue, please contact us in writing to arrange redelivery or a refund.
